About the Program

The ASBG Discount Card program is a service available to currently enrolled Delta College students that have purchased a student ID for the semester or term.

Students with a current ID card can present their student ID card to one of many local businesses and receive a discount.

The ASBG is currently updating its list of businesses for the 2012-2013 academic year

You can get your official Delta College student photo identification card in three easy steps:

1. Go to the Bookstore , located in the Danner Hall to purchase your ID card. ID cards cost $5.00 for the Summer term and $10.00 for the Fall and Spring semesters. Students are required to update their card every semester to maintain current status.
2. Print a copy of your current class schedule
3. Bring your receipt and class schedule to the ASBG office (Shima 101F) during regular business hours to have your picture taken. ID cards are provided that same day.

Students are always encouraged to call the office at 209-954-5484 to ensure the office is open.

In addition to discounts at local business your ID card has the following benefits:

• Free or discounted entrance into College events
• Free food and prizes at ASBG college hour events
• Access to the ASBG Food Pantry
• Doubles as your Library card

The card is also great to have because it is a valid form of photo identification and includes your student ID number.

Benefit to Delta College

Money collected from the sale of the student ID card is used to support activities, programs and efforts that help to improve the quality of your college experience. Some of these activities include:

• Campus Activities and departments
• Scholarships
• Clubs
• Grants
• Athletic programs
• Commencement
• Black Graduates Ceremony
• Guest Speakers
• Performances
