We, the Associated Student Body Government of San Joaquin Delta College, in order to form the Student Association that provides for and gaurantees equal representation to all students and  which extends the inttelectual, social and physical welfare and advances the spirit and the traditions of San Joaquin Delta College, do ordain and establish this constitution for the San Joaquin Delta College Associated Student Body Government.
