Login Tips
ETUDES Help Desk homepage
  • Please read all the tips before contacting the Help Desk.

  • You cannot login to your class until the start date. Check this date in the Schedule of Classes. If you are taking more than one class, they may start on different dates.

  • Introductory Course: To login to the Introductory Course, use the word 'guest' for both User ID and Password.

  • Your User ID is the same as the nine-digit Student ID you use to register online. This is the number that begins with 98. If you don't know what your number is, you can retrieve it by logging into the Online Registration System at: http://register.deltacollege.edu/student/login/index.cfm

  • Your Password is the same as the Pin you use to register online (usually your birth date), make sure it is in the form, MMDDYY with no dashes, slashes or spaces.

  • If your User ID and/or Password have letters in them, remember they are case sensitive! “MyPassWord” is not the same as “mypassword”. Make sure you don’t have the Caps Lock on.

  • Are you enrolled in the course? Check with Delta’s Registration Online page to make sure your enrollment is valid.

    • Click on the link below, login with your Student ID and Password (usually your birth date), and on the next screen, select the semester from the drop down menu for which you want to view your class schedule.
  • Are you enrolled in the correct section of the course? There may be more than one section of the same course available, and one may be on-campus while another is online.

  • Are you on a waiting list for the course? If so, you might want to contact your instructor to find out your current status.

  • Did your instructor just ADD you to the course? It will be approximately 24 hours until you will be able to login to the course

  • Do you have the Browser Cache set to always reload a page?

Exact instructions may vary for different browser versions, but the ones below should get you pointed in the right direction.
  • On Internet Explorer:
    • Click on the Edit Menu
    • Select Preferences…
    • Select Advanced from the menu on the left
    • Under the Cache section, next to update pages, click on the button that says Always

  • On Netscape:
    • Click on the Edit Menu
    • Select Preferences…
    • Select Advanced from the menu on the left
    • Under the Cache section, click on the button that says Every Time

  • If none of the above solutions resolve the problem, you may need to contact your instructor to find out if they have any information that could help you. Be sure to try all the above options first!
