Help Desk staff are happy to provide technical assistance with regard to the ETUDES system. We do not however, have the resources to answer questions pertaining to problems with your computer. Here are some suggestions on who to contact for certain types of problems.

CONTACT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER WHEN:

• You experience problems with your Internet connection
• You experience problems with your computer's hardware
• You have problems downloading or installing software

(Check for your ISP's technical support number on their Webpage)

CONTACT YOUR INSTRUCTOR WHEN:

• You want to add from a wait list
• You want to add after the class registration period has closed
• You have specific questions regarding the course material or assignments
• You need to resubmit an assignment, test or quiz

INSTRUCTORS AND HELP DESK STAFF ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TEACHING YOU HOW TO:

• Send attachments
• Copy & Paste
• Conduct Web searches
• Use a word processor
• Download and install software
• Set up your hardware or software
