For 1993-94 and 1994-95, the salary schedule will be increased by the same percentage as the increase in the base general apportionment revenue represented by the sum of the general apportionment COLA percent, equilization, and 50% of any program improvement funds unrestricted by the State of California. This formula includes the clarification on adjustments per Appendix G. This method of determination of changes in the salary schedule shall be effective only through June 30, 1995, after which time the POA may reopen the contract to negotiate adjustment to the salary schedule.
