DURATION

27.8 Disputes arising out of this section shall be entered at the third step of the grievance procedure.

28.1 Length of Agreement This Agreement shall become effective on April 18, 2000, and shall continue in effect to and including June 30, 2002, unless amended in writing by mutual agreement of the parties hereto.
