25.1 It is agreed that there will be no strike, work stoppage, slowdown,
picketing or refusal or failure to perform job functions and
responsibilities; or other interference with the operations of the
District by CSEA or its officers, agents or members during the term of
this Agreement which is unprotected by the First Amendment of the
United States Constitution. The District agrees not to engage in a
lockout.
25.2 CSEA recognizes the duty and obligation to comply with the
provisions of this Agreement and make every effort toward inducing
all employees to do so.
25.3 In the event of a strike, a work stoppage, slowdown or other
interference with the operations of the district by employees who
are represented by CSEA, CSEA agrees in good faith, to take all
reasonable and affirmative steps to cause these employees to cease
such action.
