23.1 Salary Schedule The 1995-96, 1996-97, and 1997-98 salary
schedules are contained in Appendix C of this Agreement.
| 23.1.1 | The 1995-96 schedule reflects a 3.10% increase over the |
| previous year. |
| 23.1.2 | The 1996-97 schedule reflects a 3.20% increase over the |
| previous year. |
23.1.3 The 1997-98 schedule reflects a 3.65% increase over the
previous year. If the 1997-98 revenue COLA given the
District by the state is an amount greater than 3.65% the
1997-98 schedule will be adjusted to reflect the higher
percentage.
23.2 Longevity Increments
23.2.1 Effective July 1 of the ninth (9th) year of consecutive
service, a longevity increase of two and one-half (2-1/2)
percent will be added to the employee's base salary.
23.2.2 Effective July 1 of the thirteenth (13th) year of consecutive
service, a longevity increase of five (5) percent will be
added to the employee's base salary.
23.2.3 Effective July 1 of the seventeenth (17th) year of
consecutive service, a longevity increase of seven and one-
half (7-1/2) percent will be added to the employee's base
salary.
23.3.3 Effective July 1 of the twenty-first (21st) year of
consecutive service, a longevity increase of ten (10) percent
will be added to the employee's base salary.
