19.1 The District and CSEA shall mutually support the operations of the
Campus Health and Safety Committee by designating representatives
to serve on the committee.
19.2 The Campus Health and Safety Committee shall establish a program
to maintain safe and healthful working conditions. Employees shall
report any suspected unsafe condition to the supervisor and the
Campus Health and Safety Committee for action. Forms will be
provided by the District.
19.3 The District shall provide safety equipment to unit members where
required by the District or by law or regulation.
19.4 The District shall endeavor to comply with all state and federal laws
pertaining to the use of hazardous materials by employees to insure
their safety.
