Eleven years of full-time college teaching combined with over 20 years of evening college teaching on both the under-graduate and graduate levels. I try to blend together educational and training concepts with my 15 years of professional management experience in both Fortune 500 environments as well as a medium sized organizational structure. I received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) rating from the Human Resource Certification Institute in 1990.

This company is a subsidiary of Air Liquide, a world-wide manufacturer of industrial gases headquartered in Paris, France. After being the Corporation's Manager, Human Resources, I was promoted to the position of General Manager, Administrative Operations. My responsibilities included the Financial, Distribution, and Telemarketing Departments, as well as Human Resources.
I performed a variety of duties in various positions for this billion dollar diversified building products Company.
