Flash cards are one of the easiest ways to learn the core information for this course. Your instructor has written over 1,400 questions and answers covering all the major topics in the course. These questions serve as a basis for a large number of test questions. Why Flash Cards?
Where Can They Be Purchased?
Flash cards are sold at the Bookstore and at the Postal Center.
The Postal center is located at 6333 Pacific Ave. on the SW corner
of Douglas and Pacific behind Burger King. The laboratory manual
and lecture outlines are also available at the Postal Center.
How To Get the Most Out
of Flashcards?
Flash cards are useless if they stay in the box. Coordinate
the usage of cards with the lecture schedule. Check the lecture
topic coming up next and remove those cards from the box and carry
them with you in your pocket or purse. Throughout the day when
you have a spare minute begin learning the information on the
cards for that lecture topic. Repetition is one of the easiest
ways to learn the core information on a topic.
Each card shows the subject in the upper left-hand corner. This is the lecture topic to which to card refers.
Flip the card over and the answer to the questions are shown.
Remove the cards for the current lecture from the box and carry them with you. When you have a few spare moments learn the information on the cards. This is the easiest way to master the core material for the course.
**Many of these questions serve as the basis of test questions on examinations.
