Arrange to meet somewhere on campus. Do not come to the lecture hall.

 Set up a regular schedule to meet. Print out this NEW Study Group Documentation Sheet. The leader of the group can hand this sheet in at the first examination for bonus points for each member of the group. Points will be awarded based on the number of times the group meets, and the amount of time spend.

Quiz each other on the flash cards. Review the metric system. Work metric problems as a group. If you want practice sheets - print these out for your group. 1 2 3 4

Scientific Method - How Science Works

 Read Chapter 1 in Biology: Concepts & Principles 3rd Edition. Concentrate on 1.2 through 1.3 beginning on page 3. Use CD-ROM Interactive Study Partner "Introduction: 1A Acid Precipitation." Refer to page 680 - 34.2 in text for a complete explanation of the biosphere. Refer to Figure 1.1 "Life's Hierarchy of Organization" on page 2 in text.
