MINUTES OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING

The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the San Joaquin Delta Community College District was held on Tuesday, April 13, 2004, at 5:45 p.m. Closed Session and 6:30 p.m. Public Meeting, in the Board Room, Administration 103, 5151 Pacific Ave., Stockton, California.

The Board meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m. by Board President Anthony E. Bugarin.

Recess to Closed Session
Trustee Simas moved and seconded by Trustee Rivera to recess to Closed Session to discuss matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 and 54957.6 Vote: 7/0; motion carried.

Recognition
A.Business Leadership Summit Eagle's Nest Awards.
Board President Bugarin introduced Ron Addington,
Executive Director of the Business Council. Mr. Addington
presented the Eagle's Nest Awards to Philena Francois,
short-term stage production assistant at Delta College and
Sean Riley who is a student at Delta College. On behalf of
Mr. Riley, Fine Arts Division Chair Charles Jennings
accepted the award.
