The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the San Joaquin Delta Community College District was held on Tuesday, February 4, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. Closed Session and 6:30 p.m. Public Meeting, in the Board Room, Administration 103, 5151 Pacific Ave., Stockton, California.
