7. Consideration of Resolution No. 02-24, Specifications of the Election Order.
The Board will consider adoption of a resolution specifying election,
concurrent with the November 5, 2002, general election, for trustees
representing Trustee Area 3 (Rural Stockton), Trustee Area 4 (Lodi), and
Trustee Area 7 (Manteca-Escalon).

8.

Consideration of Resolution No. 02-25, Determining Policies in Regard to Governing Board Member Elections.
The Board will consider adoption of a resolution specifying procedures to be followed in the election specified by Resolution No. 02-25, including procedures regarding statement of qualifications for candidates and procedures for breaking tie votes, should one occur.

9. Consideration of Personnel Action.
The Board will consider approving the resignation of Dean of Instruction for
Instructional Development and Regional Education Kathryn Campbell,
effective June 30, 2002.
