The Board will consider adoption of a resolution specifying election,
concurrent with the November 5, 2002, general election, for trustees
representing Trustee Area 3 (Rural Stockton), Trustee Area 4 (Lodi), and
Trustee Area 7 (Manteca-Escalon).

The Board will consider adoption of a resolution specifying procedures to be

procedures for breaking tie votes, should one occur.
