1. Installation of Student Representative to the Board of Trustees for the 2002-
2003 College Year.
The Boardwill swear in the new Student Representative to the Board of
Trustees for the 2002-2003 college year, effective immediately.

Consideration of Resolution No. 02-26 Recognizing Out-Going San Joaquin Delta College Associated Student Body President Zulfigar "Zulfi" Muhammad Rizvi.
The Board will consider adopting Resolution No. 00-26, recognizing Out- Going San Joaquin Delta College Associated Student Body President Zulfigar "Zulfi" Muhammad Rizvi.

2. Consideration of Reclassification of Student Program Specialist to GED
Program Coordinator.
The Board will consider approving the reclassification of the Student
Program Specialist in the Communication Skills Division to GED Program
Coordinator.

3. Consideration of Award of Bid 604, Budd 105 Asbestos Abatement Project.
The Board will consider awarding Bid 604, Budd 105 Asbestos Abatement
Project to the low bidder, Marcor Remediation, San Leandro, CA, for the
total contract amount of $53,735.

4. Consideration of New Board Policy BP 5120 "Transfer Center." (Second
Reading)
The Board will consider accepting the second reading of New Board Policy
BP 5120-Transfer Center.

5. Consideration of New Board Policy BP 7120 "Recruitment and Selection."
(Second Reading)
The Board will consider accepting the second reading of New Board Policy
