The Board will consider accepting the first reading of Policy 3740-Adjunct
and Overload Employment - Fall and Spring Semesters.

6. Report on Classified Employee Appointments, Transfers and Promotions for
the period of October 1, 2001 through November 1, 2001.

7. Consideration of Award of Bid 592:Yearly Paper Bid Purchase.
The Board will consider awarding Bid 592 for the Yearly Paper Bid Purchase
to the second low bidder, XPEDX, from Hayward, CA, for the yearly dollar
amount of approximately $105,148.

8. Consideration of First Quarter Financial Report 2001-02, and Adoption of
Resolution No. 01-36.
The Board will consider accepting the First Quarter Financial Report,
including the purchase order expenditures, to be accepted and filed, and
approve the Budget Adjustment of $3,371,232 and adopt Resolution 01-36
implementing the changes.
