It is recommended that the Board recess to closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and for the purpose of receiving advice from legal counsel regarding significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1), and for the purpose of conferring with the Board's representatives regarding collective bargaining matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.

1. Approval of Closed Session Minutes:August 14, 2001.

2. Consideration of Employment of Adjunct Faculty.
The Board will consider employment of adjunct instructors subject to
sufficient enrollment in the classes to which they will be assigned.

3. Discussion Regarding Contract Negotiations with the San Joaquin Delta
College Police Officers Association.
The Board will meet with its representatives in contract negotiations with the
San Joaquin Delta College Police Officers Association.

Discussion with Real Property Negotiator to Discuss Price and Terms Regarding the Following Properties:(1) Borges Property Located North of Highway 205 and West of Mountain House Parkway.
