3. Consideration of Notice of Substantial Completion Of Chevron Energy
Solutions, LP, Energy Services Contract #CU0172. SJDC #00-77.
The Board will consider adopting Resolution No. 00-12, "Accepting
Substantial Completion for the Energy Services Contract #CU0172 Project,
through SJDC Contract #00-77, performed by Chevron Energy Solutions,
LP," and the Notice of Substantial Completion be filed, and that the Vice
President of Business Services be directed to release the remaining funds on
this project.

Consideration of Approval of Community Service Class.
The Board will consider approving P. E. 991, Board, Card and Table Games.

5. Consideration of Absence of Board Member Due to Illness.
The Board will consider approving the absence of Leo Burke from the May 1,
2001, regular Board meeting as being due to illness.

6. Consideration of Personnel Action.
The Board will consider approving the retirement of Science and Mathematics
Division Secretary I Barbara Chandler, effective June 1, 2001.
