It is recommended that the Board recess to closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and for the purpose of receiving advice from legal counsel regarding significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1), and for the purpose of conferring with the Board's representatives regarding collective bargaining matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
