for the purpose of conferring with the Board's representatives regarding collective
bargaining matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.

Consideration of Employment of Adjunct Faculty.
The Board will consider employment of adjunct instructors subject to
sufficient enrollment in the classes to which they will be assigned.
Discussion with Real Property Negotiator to Discuss Price and Terms
Regarding the Following Properties:(1) Bourges Property Located North of
Highway 205 and West of Mountain House Parkway, (2) Califia Property
Located off Interstate 5 and Highway 205, (3) Cordes Ranch Property Located
at Patterson Pass and Schulte Road, and (4) City of Tracy Property Located at
11thStreet and Chrisman Road.
