It is recommended that the Board recess to closed session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and for the purpose of receiving advice from legal counsel regarding significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1), and for the purpose of conferring with the Board's representatives regarding collective bargaining matters pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.

Approval of Closed Session Minutes, November 21, 2000.

2.Consideration of Employment of Adjunct Faculty.
The Board will consider employment of adjunct instructors subject to sufficient
enrollment in the classes to which they will be assigned.

3. Consideration of Employment of First Contract Faculty.
The Board will consider employment of First Contract Faculty: Electronics
Instructor and Computer Science Instructor.

4. Consideration of Appointment of Division Chairperson Communication Skills
and Division Chairperson Fine Arts.
The Board will consider accepting the recommendations for appointment to
the position of Division Chairperson Communications Skills and Division
Chairperson Fine Arts, effective December 6, 2000.

5. Consideration of Settlement Agreement.
The Board will consider accepting a settlement agreement on behalf of the
College district.
