Master Plans

The Planning and Budget Committee has worked with its Master Plan Subcommittee and the consulting firm Keithley & Associates to develop a comprehensive master plan for the San Joaquin Delta Community College District. The Master Plan is, of course, a key element in the college's overall planning system and will help set the direction of the college for the future.

The following three volumes constitute the final draft of the Master Plan (Volumes IV and V, which contain informational appendices, are not available in web-readable format):

Volume I:	Educational and Student Services Master Plan
Volume II:	Information Technology and Library Service Master Plan
Volume III:	Facilities and Resources Master Plan
Volume IV:	Appendices to the Educational and Student Services Master Plan
Volume V:	Appendices to the Facilities and Resources Master Plan

Comments on the draft have been received and reviewed by the Planning and Budget Committee. A final copy of the Master Plan will be adopted by the Board of Trustees and published on the College's website in the near future. Paper copies of the draft Educational and Student Services Master Plan are available for review at the library reference desk and in the staff lounge in Danner Hall on the Stockton campus.
