Develop and implement a paperless communication plan that provides easy access to information to and from trustees, administrators, full-time and adjunct faculty, classified staff, students, and community constituents, fosters collaboration, creativity, innovation and renewal, encourages the widest possible input on matters of mutual concern, enhances shared governance, leads to trust and positive interpersonal relationships, and focuses all members of the College community on student success.
   
Create a College-wide Professional Development Center and an annual Collegewide Professional Development Program to provide personal and professional development and training in budget strategy and processes, collaboration, effective communication, cultural awareness, customer service, shared governance, best practices for student retention and success, and fostering trust and positive relationships for trustees, administrators, fulltime and adjunct faculty, and classified staff in the service of student success.
   
Create and implement a plan for recognizing Individuals or groups of College trustee, administrators, fulltime and adjunct faculty, classified staff, students, and community constituents for exemplary work, service, or innovations.
   
Create and implement a process for funding and implementing innovative, collaborative projects that support the vision and mission of the College and its focus on student success.
