The San Joaquin Delta College Health Sciences Division consists of seven programs, each with its own time frame for completion and certification/licensing requirements.  If you enjoy working directly with people, health careers can provide a challenging, exciting work environment.  Please take a look at the department web pages, listed on the left, to learn more about the health sciences programs offered at Delta College.

Delta College will not offer an LVN program for 2012. Therefore, applications for the LVN program will not be available this year.  Please check this web site in Summer 2012 for information regarding resumption of the LVN program in 2013. Students who qualify for the LVN program admission, also qualify for admission to the Psychiatric Technician Program.

***The Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program will be accepting Online applications to the program starting Monday, January 30, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. through Friday, February 10, 2012, until 5:00 p.m.  This application period will be for the Fall 2012 ADN Class.  Please return to the ADN web site during the Online Application period to submit your application to the program.***

Important Note: ALL Applicants MUST be enrolled as a current San Joaquin Delta College Student and have an "active application" on file with Admissions and Records.  All prerequisite courses and program requirements must be completed in order to be eligible to apply to the program. Only Version V of the TEAS test will be accepted for admission to the Fall 2012 class.
