| San Joaquin Delta College offers courses in various aspects of Real Estate. Topics include, real estate principles, practice, finance, appraisal, economics, legal aspects, and property management. In the San Joaquin Valley, the reare various areas of employment in real estate such as sales, finance, brokerage, appraisal, escrow and title, and property management. A real estate salesperson, for example, would assist in the selection, purchase and sales of homes and other properties; search for properties to list for sale; and negotiate for sale and transfer of property.
