Personal: Sylvonya Moore was born on November 6, 1989 to Jim Moore and Roxanne Tilman in French Camp, California. She has 3 brothers whose names are Gary Soloman (29), Kenny Grushen (28), and Rockelle Moore (26). When Sylvonya is not playing basketball she enjoys listening to music and chilling with her friends, Sylvonya would like to major in Criminal Justice/ Forensic Science, after Delta she wants to attend a 4-year university and also continue to play basketball. She wants to maintain 3.0 GPA and succeed as much as possible in basketball. She wants to follow her major to be able to start a career in criminal justice field.

Prep Career: Sylvonya played for Coach Cip Sanchez at Tokay High School for 3 consecutive years from 2005-2008.  Sylvonya scored 22 points, handed off 9 assists and grabbed 10.8 boards per game as a senior in 2007-08.  She was named to the 1st Team of their Conference her sophomore, junior and senior seasons (2006-2008).  Sylvonya was and Captain as a junior and senior (2007 and 2008) at Tokay High School.
