Natalie Montes #11
Position: Guard Height: 5' 8" Lincoln High School Hometown: Stockton Major: Liberal Studies Prep Career: Natalie played for Coach Jody Wooten at Lincoln High School. She was a First Team All-League player who scored 15 points per game. She led her Lincoln team in scoring, assists, steals, and field goal percentage. As a junior, she was a starter for St. Mary?s High School and helped lead her team to the CIF Division III Section finals. At Delta College (2007-08): Natalie was one of our freshman that loved taking the big shots when the game was on the line. She made an impact as a freshman with her tough style of physical play. Natalie is expected to be a floor leader for Delta this year. Personal: Natalie was born on July 31, 1989 to Joseph and Brenda Montes in Stockton, California. She took interest in basketball when she was nine. When she is not playing basketball, she enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends, watching movies, and shopping. After earning her AA degree from Delta, she would like to transfer to a State University and earn a Basketball scholarship. Her academic goal is to maintain a 3.5 GPA. Natalie would like to be a teacher for visually impaired students after earning her Masters Degree.
