  • To see the certificate requirements, click on this link. Scroll down to the Applied Science and Technology Division, click the appropriate Academic Year, and then the discipline you are interested in.
  • To see the AS/AA degree requirements, click on this link. On the top of the page choose AA or AS degree Applications and Checklists, click the appropriate Academic Year and the degree information you are seeking. For a AA/AS specific to a certain area, click on the Area of Concentration Link and browse for your area of interest. Those will be the classes you need to take IN ADDITION TO the general AA/AS requirements.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
The Construction Technology program offers training of management level employees for the construction industry, as well as preparation for transfer to a four-year college or university construction program. Graduates may be employed by contractors, construction businesses and government agencies for jobs in project planning, estimating, and project coordination.

This program offers a Construction Management Certificate and an Associate of Arts in Construction Technology. Learn more by reviewing the SJDC Catalog or the current schedule of classes.

CARPENTRY
The Carpentry Technology program prepares students for entry in the carpentry field by having a knowledge of tools, materials of the trade, basic hand tool operation, rough framing and trimming.
