Employee Recruitment

WorkNet’s Employer Services Specialists are available to assist you in finding the right employees for your job openings! WorkNet will recruit, screen and refer only qualified applicants for your consideration. AND…the decision is always yours!

If you participate in WorkNet’s “On-the-Job” Training Program, you may be reimbursed up to 50% of your employee’s salary for the first six months. Using the OJT Program, you get to train your employee your way and get financial reimbursement for it.

Rapid Response Program

If your business is facing the possibility of lay-offs or closure, WorkNet’s Rapid Response Team may be able to help avert it! If there is no other solution, the Team is available to assist employees earmarked for lay-off. Services include unemployment insurance information, resume development assistance and alternative job training programs.

Economic Development Association

The Economic Development association (EDA) builds partnerships with state and local economic development associations to meet all your business needs. This includes Enterprise Zone Information…Companies locating or expanding within the “Enterprise Zone” may qualify or a low-interest loan up to $1 million.
