JOB DESCRIPTION (duties & responsibilities)
Under the general supervision of program staff, will provide clerical assistance in the daily operation of the program. Duties include daily interaction with program participants, assist with bulk mailing and program material distribution, run campus errands and act as peer liaison for student group.
Example of Clerical Duties and Responsibilities includes:
Data entry, filing, collating, duplicating.
Assist in coordination of events and programs.
Assist in data entry/collection to support program operations.
Distribute program materials and information.
Run campus errands.
Assist program coordinators and act as peer advisor/contact for general program related information to participating students.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Office experience - Yes |
| Computer knowledge - Yes |
Phone experience - Helpful (min. of 6 months) |
| Specific requirements - Bilingual (Spanish/English) |
English level 79 or higher |
NOTES ON ABOVE:
