JOB DESCRIPTION (duties & responsibilities)

Helping the office with answering phone calls, filing, and typing

Office Helper is only for four hours per day (20 hour week).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledgable in Excel and MS Word computer programs. Ability to create spreadsheets, have good customer service and phone etiquette. Some prior general office skills required.
