JOB DESCRIPTION (duties & responsibilities)
Answer Telephone
Assist Students/ Public with information on program services
Filing run errands such as- delivery/ pick up of mail, pick up material from copy center
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
| Type 25 wpm |
Computer knowledge- Preferable |
| Office experience - yes |
English level - Eng 79 or higher |
| Course requirements - CS 11 would be a plus. |
Phone experience - 1 year |
NOTES ON ABOVE:
Office expreience must include heavy filing, telephone, and custom service. Ability to speak spanish is preferred (Program deals with large population of spanish speaking student). Computer knowlege is preferred but not necessary. English level of communication should be equivalent to someone enrolled or has passed Eng 79.
