Writing Tutoring

• Individualized and small group tutoring is available for help with the writing process, essays, research papers, MLA and APA formatting, and grammar.
• Tell us what you need help with and we will match you up with a trained tutor.

Writing Tutoring Appointments

• Students may schedule no more than two appointments for each writing assignment.
• Appointments should not be on the same day.
• Three No-Shows cause a suspension from tutoring for the remainder of the semester.
  
• Bring your writing assignment with you to review with your tutor.
• Be prepared to revise your work.  Writing tutors do not proofread or edit your work. 
• Students are given help in identifying the parts of the paper that need revision, but students  are expected to do the revising on their own.
