SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE PRESENTS OPEN HOUSE AT LODI’S HUTCHINS STREET SQUARE

 

     San Joaquin Delta College will highlight its wide variety of programs and services with an open house on Monday, October 1st from 4:30pm - 7:30pm at 125 South Hutchins Street in Lodi.

     Many booths and displays will inform attendees about the abundant resources available at Delta College. An entertaining evening for all is promised, with a number of activities scheduled:

 

• Learn more about Delta's plans for establishing a learning center in Lodi
• Receive information about dozens of programs and course offerings from college faculty and staff
• Enjoy music provided by the Delta College Jazz Band and Lodi Community Band
• Help yourself to hors d'oeuvres and beverages provided by the Delta College Culinary Arts program
• View cooking demonstrations featuring students and staff
• Take in an art show featuring displays by faculty and staff
• View and purchase plants and flowers grown by Delta's Horticulture Department
• Get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked courtesy of the college Nursing department
• Witness cheer leading demonstrations
