IKON DocSend
The DocSend units are free-standing stations in several different
departments around campus. Each DocSend is associated with a Canon
copier. Using a touch-screen interface, staff members can scan paper
documents and send them as pdf files to an e-mail address.

Our Baumcut paper cutter is only a year old, and is used to cut all kinds of jobs including business cards, books, brochures, flyers, etc. It is completely automated, it will cut through a 4 inch stack of paper in less than a second. A good paper cutter is a necessity for a printshop.

This machine folds and inserts letters into envelopes. It also seals the envelopes. We typically use this machine for mailing out billing statements, advertisements or anything else that goes out in an envelope. It operates at about 2500 peices per hour.
