Within a week (depending upon the number of citation appeals received), you will receive an email with the ruling on your appeal. If you are not satisfied with the decision rendered in this appeal, you may request a second appeal within 14 days from the date the email was sent to you. Incomplete appeals will not be accepted. If you failed to include an email address in your online appeal, your appeal WILL NOT be adjudicated.

Second appeals must be accompanied by a check, or money order in the amount of the citation in question. The money will not be cashed, or deposited, unless the parking review board determines the citation to be valid.

If the board reverses the initial decision, your check, or money order will be returned to you.

*NOTE* Second appeals will not be considered, unless the full bail amount is submitted with the request.
