Within (3) weeks, you will receive a letter by mail with the ruling on your appeal. If you are not satisfied with the decision rendered in this appeal, you may request a second appeal within 21 days from the date the letter was sent to you. Incomplete appeals will not be accepted. If you failed to include a mailing address in your online appeal, your appeal WILL NOT be adjudicated.

Administrative hearing second appeals must be accompanied by a check, or money order in the amount of the citation in question. The money will not be cashed, or deposited, unless the administrative hearing officer determines the citation to be valid.

If the administrative hearing officer reverses the initial decision, your check, or money order will be returned to you.
