Public Show Tickets

Tickets for public shows will be sold starting an hour before the show on a "first-come first-served" basis and may sell out.  For advance tickets call the Delta Center for the Arts Box Office at (209)954-5110.  Hours are Tues-Fri, 11am-6pm, Sat, 11am-3pm. Advance tickets are available in person, by phone, by mail, or on-line.  Due to limited seating capacity, advance purchase is recommended.  There is a $3.00 Handling Fee for all phone & mail orders.  There is a $1.50 per ticket fee and a $3.00 Handling Fee on all on-line orders.  Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for children, students, and seniors.

Booking a Field Trip

1. Choose a preferred date and time for your Planetarium visit. Shows are offered Monday –
Friday, 9:30am, 11:00am, and 12:30pm. Each field trip is one-hour long and is comprised of
two shows of your choice. The cost is $120. (Please have an alternate date/time in mind).
2. Select two shows that you would like to request from the list of available shows.
3. Verify transportation for your group.
4. Call the Delta Center for the Arts Box Office at 209-954-5110, Tuesday – Friday 11am– 6pm, and Saturday 11am–3pm, to purchase your Clever Planetarium field trip admittance ticket.
5. Payment or a purchase order # is required to process your request. No dates or times are
reserved without payment. If payment is by PO, an invoice will be sent with the date by which
the check should be received. Shows can be purchased in person, by phone, or by mail. A $3
handling fee is charged on all phone and mail orders. A $5 refund fee is charged if the show is
cancelled, and a $5 exchange fee is charged when date or time of show is changed.
6. We reserve the right to abbreviate or cancel a field trip for late arrivals. Any arrival later than
30 minutes after the scheduled show time will be canceled. If show is canceled due to late
arrival, the fee is non-refundable. Any show change must be received no later that a week
before the show date.
Discipline: Teachers are responsible for the conduct of their children in the planetarium.
Unruly children will be asked to wait outside.

Maximum capacity is 48 seats and 4 wheelchair spaces.  No exceptions!  School and group leaders may feel free to combine classes/groups to get maximum use of the Planetarium.
