Passport to College is an innovative education, business, community and family partnership. The goal of the program is to increase the region's college going rate by making college education possible for all high school graduates. This program orginally targeted the 12,500 5th graders enrolled in elementary schools within the San Joaquin Delta College service district in 2006. Currently, 7,000 9th grade students are enrolled in Passport to College.
