In addition, students are expected to complete a piano proficiency examination. Any deficiencies indicated by the piano proficiency examination may be completed by enrolling in Music 38 (Class Piano for Music Majors.) Four units of Music 38 is the equivalent of the piano proficiency examination.

For complete transfer requirements, the student should consult the catalog of the four-year college or university to which he/she intends to transfer.
