The planning and budget system at San Joaquin Delta College is coordinated by a shared governance Planning and Budget Committee which meets monthly on the fourth Thursday throughout the academic year from 3:30 to 5 p.m., in the Mustang Room.

Grant Proposal Procedures & Application Checklist

The Grant Application Checklist is designed to guide you through required steps in preparing and submitting a grant application at San Joaquin Delta College. Read the grant application information thoroughly to be sure your idea qualifiesfor the grant and that there is adequatetime to complete the grant development and approval process and stillmeet the grant application due date.

Note:  If the grant proposal is for more than $50,000 or requires matching funds and/or resources from the College's General Fund, the appropriate Vice President will present the proposal to the Planning and Budget Committee for review.
