At San Joaquin Delta College, The Troops to College Program works to help returning veterans take full advantage of the educational opportunities available to them -- working not only to enroll them at San Joaquin Delta College, but to assist and encourage our veterans to continue on to our local 4-year colleges and universities.

Although many veterans are eligible for G.I. benefits, more than half of them are still in need of financial assistance. In effort to support the educational endeavors of our veteran students, the Boots to Books Scholarship Fund was created.
