The functions of the Mail Room Services include the Switchboard, the main number to the college, the distributing of campus mail as well as handling and preparing the U.S. Mail ensuring the proper U.S. Postal Regulations are followed.
Overnight, Certified, Registered and Insured letters/packages are handled through this department FOR EMPLOYEES ONLY.
The Mail Room is located in the Administration Building, Room 108. The instructor's Mail Boxes are also located at this location. If you have any questions regarding the Mail Room Services, please call the Mail Room at (209) 954-5017.
All of the above services are available during the regular business days, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Should you have questions regarding any of these services, please contact Maria Bernardino, Director of Purchasing, at (209) 954-5065.
The Mailing Request Form must be completed for any mailings of 200 pieces or more.
