San Joaquin Delta College does not evaluate foreign transcripts nor is credit granted for foreign coursework. Students who wish to have foreign degrees recognized for the purpose of assessment levels must have the transcript evaluated by an outside transcript evaluation service. Students who wish to have foreign coursework recognized for the purpose of prerequisite requirements must have the entire transcript or the individual course evaluated by an outside transcript evaluation service.

Evaluations of foreign transcripts to be used for prerequisites only should be submitted to the Admissions & Records Service Window located in the DeRicco Student Services Building.
