Faculty members are urged to contact their student at the first sign of difficulty. If the problem persists, faculty should send the student an Academic Alert letter. The Academic Alert letter is particularly important if you have been unable to contact a student or feel that additional follow-through and support by others services would be helpful. By helping you provide essential referrals to students Delta College strives to increase retention, persistence, and the overall success of our students.
