To complete the appeal process you must do the following:

1. Review the Online Financial Aid Disqualification Presentation.
2. Review the Frequently Asked Questions.
3. Fill out the Appeal Form online and then print it.
4. Meet with a counselor to obtain an updated Student Education Plan (SEP).
5. Submit the Appeal Form, SEP and supporting documents (if any) at the Financial Aid Service Window or Drop Box (located at the Information Desk).
