WorkAbility provides students with disabilities at San Joaquin Delta College who are clients of the Department of Rehabilitation with career assessment, vocational planning and job development/job search assistance.

Our goal is to assist with the successful transition of our students into the workplace and long-term employment.

Work Abilitiy helps students with disabilities overcome banners, strengthen skills and find competitive employment goals.

To get a job through workability, you will need to complete job searching activies that include career exploration, job accomodations, work experience, writing resumes, and how to take a job interview.
