Mobility Services Students who are physically limited or have visual impairments and requireassistance to move about the campus in a responsible, timely and safe manner, can request mobility assistance. This includes campus orientation, the temporary use of a wheelchair or electric scooter and/or an elevator key.

Welcome to Mobility office. We're here to help students with disabilities function on campus. We're also here for your first-aid needs. We're located in Danner 109, behind the cafeteria. |

The most important thing students need to know about mobility is that they are here to help us, not serve us. I’ve never had been let down and they had been great. I’ve been able to get to classes with their service. Without them, it would be difficult to get to my classes. Any new students shouldn’t worry about coming to Delta. They are here to help.

Mobility • We help students get to and from the bus tops. • We help students get to and from classes. • We help students get to and from appointments. • We move adapted furniture to classes where they are needed or requested. Wheelchairs/Scooters on Loan • We loan out wheelchairs or scooters for students registered with DSPS for campus use. Elevator Keys • We issue out elevator keys to students. • In the case off elevators break down, we assist in getting students down the stairs. First-Aid and Medical Response • Our office takes blood pressures for student and staff. • We document accident reports for students and Employees. • We provide basic first aid for students and staff. • We are dispatched by the campus police for EMS calls or a student/staff can walk in if they are able. |
