STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
SUSPENSION OF DSPS SERVICES
A student may have their DSPS services/accornrnodations suspended for the following reasons:
1. Lack of Measurable Progress.
2. Inappropriate use of services or loaned equipment.

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT
All students attending SJDC are subject to District Policy #5470 concerning student conduct and discipline.
(See page in Appendix A for District Policy #5470).
ATTENDANCE POLICY
All students are required to adhere to SJDC District Policy #5 150 concerning attendance. Policy 5 150 statesin part:
1. It is the right of the instructor to drop any student who fails to attend the first three class sessionsat the beginning of a term, unless the student has advised and obtained an absence approval fiom the instructor.
2. It is the right of the instructor to drop a student when the absences become excessive.

(Please note: If a student intends to drop a class it is the student's responsibility to do so).
(If a student receiving services through DSPS will be absent fiom class due to disability related reasons the student may contact the DSPS office and DSPS staff will attempt to notify the instructor of your absence).
