San Joaquin Delta College (Delta College) has a long history of providing quality post secondary education to all enrolled students. Through the elimination of physical, programmatic and attitudinal barriers, as well as the provision of support services and academic accommodations, qualified students with disabilities are able to take full advantage of their educational experience. Delta College is committed to providing full access to all students able to benefit from college instruction in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.

This handbook was written to provide information regarding services available to students with verified disabilities through Disability Support Programs & Services (DSP&S). The handbook is not intended to be all inclusive, but rather to give the student a general understanding of the programs and services provided through DSP&S.

This handbook and other informational materials can be made available in Braille, large print, computer disk and tape cassette.
